Salad rollsThe naïve round salad roll but beautiful, lovely and easy – going one is wrapped well by a thin and soft rice paper with an opaque white color but charming enough. Through the thin clothing layer, it shines the brick red and line white color, which makes every strong curve appealing to the vertical – sliced shrimp on the fresh green ground of salad and herbs.

Then how can we resist the appealing and charming beauty? Quietly putting the food into cup of the sweet and salty sauce including the crispy, spicy flavor, biting a little to soak our teeth into is the best experience, etc. We feel the silky smooth of the fried cake’s layer onto the tongue, and then the soft, crispy and sweet shrimp is torn away in small slices in our mouth merging with a full taste of tens of rural herbs including the cool, sharp, fat, sour, etc. Whereas the other feeling is the appearance of the greasy from the shiny white fat layer of the clearing bellies merging a little caulking of the lean portion, but filled in very quickly as all of the mixed and merged flavors by a cool taste which a fresh noodle is pulling away slightly down the neck.

Biting a little, enjoy gradually by all five senses are to taste completely the subtleness and depth in a simple dish like that.
